• We offer fair prices to ship around New Zealand, Australia, and beyond.
• New Zealand orders will be freight-free upon reaching a threshold order value.
• Prices on the site are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST (see further note).
• We will usually send orders out every day or two, occasionally it may take a bit longer to send out.
• Orders being sent overseas from New Zealand will be exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and on selecting your country at the Checkout, the prices will be updated to reflect this.
• You are responsible for all taxes, tariffs and charges when an order is shipped overseas. Many countries have exemptions for low-value exports for personal use.

Packaging

Orders will usually be sent out in compostable courier bags or cardboard boxes, with paper-based filler materials. Occasionally there might be some pre-loved bubblewrap that has arrived in from somewhere. Please give the bubblewrap yet another life – it has plenty more life left in the stuff.

New Zealand orders

All orders include 15% GST. Our GST number is 121-898-428.

We use a mixture of courier providers to ensure we can keep charges down.

Our flate-rate charges are determined by your postcode.

Australian orders

As your order is being exported from New Zealand, GST is excluded from both the product cost and shipping cost at checkout.

Orders are usually sent through NZ Post, with tracking. Delivery will typically be made in 1 – 2 weeks. Sometimes less. Sometimes more. Go figure.

We charge a flate-rate of $16.00 (exclusive GST) Australia-wide.

Other countries

We can ship almost anywhere in the world through New Zealand Post, but the rates can be very high and will be very dependent on the size and weight of the parcel. Please get in touch with us for a quote.
